How Pawning Works

You have a choice at the PawnKing. If you have an item you just dont want anymore then you can just sell it to us outright. But.... if you need cash but you really don't want to sell you jewelry, tools, car, collectables or other items of value, then you can pawn it with us.

You would then have 30 day to come back and either repurchase the item from us, or pay a service charge and get an additional 30 days. At the end of that 30 day period you would have the same choice and there is no limit to how many times you can pay the service charge.

On the day you come in to pay the service charge you can also pay down on the original amount of the pawn. So lets say you came in and pawned a gold ring for 100 dollars. You now have 30 days to come back and either pay 120 dollars and get the ring back or pay a 20 dollars service charge for an additional 30 days. Lets say at the end of the second 30 day period you dont have all the money to get your item back but you have enough to pay the 20 dollars service charge again for an additional 30 days and then you pay 50 dollars towards the original amount. Now all you would owe would be 60 dollars in the next 30 days to repurchase the ring or pay a 10 dollars service charge for an additional 30 days.
